Waterview Kinloch Limited is a service entity collectively owned by the 14 individual lot owners. This company is established to own and manage all common property on behalf of all owners. Each allotment holder owns one share in this entity.

These guidelines are not overly restrictive, but instead strike a balance between consistency and creativity, ensuring every home contributes to the overall vision of a refined and harmonious community.

Water and power have been reticulated throughout Waterview Kinloch, with each lot provided with a water offtake and electrical connection.
