A homeowner's group has been established to proportionately cover the costs of maintaining the common road, land and water. Each homeowner is allocated a shareholding and the costs are kept as low as possible. 


A small number of covenants have been implemented to protect the look and feel of the subdivision and ensure property owners enjoy each others' company but also their right to quietly enjoy their own.

No, Waterview has a private road but is not gated at the entrance.
